Working hours

Responsibility

  • maintaining and improving systems and portals within the business
  • making the current EPOS and stock system more efficient by liaising with the Senior Management Team and system providers
  • working on the integration of systems to create efficiencies
  • troubleshooting system problems and preventing issues reoccurring
  • maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the business in regard to systems and IT equipment
  • managing cyber security measures for the business and liaising with the Director in regard to any improvements we can make
  • providing IT and systems support / training to staff and being the first point of contact for error reporting within the business

Requirements

  • excellent communicator – both verbal and written
  • excellent knowledge of IT systems and a range of databases
  • well organised and methodical
  • attitude is the most important aspect that we're looking for in people
  • logical mindset
  • accuracy and attention to detail
  • advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • must have 2+ years’ experience in an IT/Systems based role
