Responsibility
- maintaining and improving systems and portals within the business
- making the current EPOS and stock system more efficient by liaising with the Senior Management Team and system providers
- working on the integration of systems to create efficiencies
- troubleshooting system problems and preventing issues reoccurring
- maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the business in regard to systems and IT equipment
- managing cyber security measures for the business and liaising with the Director in regard to any improvements we can make
- providing IT and systems support / training to staff and being the first point of contact for error reporting within the business
Requirements
- excellent communicator – both verbal and written
- excellent knowledge of IT systems and a range of databases
- well organised and methodical
- attitude is the most important aspect that we're looking for in people
- logical mindset
- accuracy and attention to detail
- advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- must have 2+ years’ experience in an IT/Systems based role
