• build strong relationships between NCASS and prospective members
• the primary function of the Sales Executive role is to actively secure new members through a combination of selling strategies and tactics working closely with all departments to help achieve the company goals, including total membership growth
• positively promote NCASS offerings and products
• to work as a key part of the New Membership Sales Team at NCASS delivering on and achieving individual and overall goals of generating and increasing the new membership status to drive the total membership growth of NCASS

• support with member missing payments
• engage with key internal stakeholders
• understand industry regulation, NCASS standards and policies
• responding to members with their issues in a timely manner
• offer insights on our range of products, services, and partnerships
• efficiently handle and resolve member queries
• advocate for NCASS's offerings and values
• collaborate with members to create strategies to bolster their businesses
• maintain a meticulous record on our Membership Management System
• use NCASS systems to ensure synchronised support for all stakeholders
