Requirements
- minimum of two years in an Independent Financial Advisor company, working as a Senior IFA Administrator or Trainee Paraplanner
- experience of suitability report writing, fund and product research, preparation of client files for compliance reviews
- good knowledge of pensions and investments
- obtained or working towards Diploma in Financial Planning
- high level of analytical capability
- strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to confidently liaise with clients
- excellent report writing skills
- IFA Admin or Paraplanning: 2 years
Responsibility
- support the Business Owner in ad-hoc tasks as required
- preparation and maintenance of client files
- act as main point of contact and effectively deal with clients and other parties, while establishing and maintaining strong relationships
