  • NB Retail Cushions Limited is looking for Office Administrator to join their team in Knowsley Industrial Estate, Liverpool
  • the Office Administrator assists with day-to-day administration, invoicing, HR and general office duties
  • managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • create and send invoices using Xero accounting software
  • monitor various HR functions
  • prepare letters, contracts and other documentations when required
  • responsible for all various general office duties
  • manage and monitor staff timesheets in preparation for payroll
