Responsibility
- responsible for line management of the EU Service Team
- ensure excellent customer service is always given by the Team
- allocate tasks to team members on a priority basis and provide direct support to customers as required
- establish relationships with technology suppliers
- advises the Head of IT on staffing needs and participates in the hiring and training process
- feedback to the Head of IT on issues as requested including opportunities for business process improvement using technology
- act as an escalation point for the Team ensuring all Incident Management processes are followed throughout the team and on a global basis
- ensure excellent customer communications, provide timely status updates, and issue resolution explanations
