- working from our Greenwich based office
- dealing daily with client enquiries and assisting with creating product ideas and visual presentations
- researching new developments in ethical apparel, technology and general merchandise
- maintaining close supplier relationships, raising POs and checking on order progress
- managing new and existing client accounts with their enquiries, expectations & deadlines
- attending out of office meetings, trade events and site visits as required
- receiving visitors to Navillus and being a key point of contact for general enquiries
- playing an active role in team meetings and contributing with ideas for new marketing campaigns
Requirements
- experience of working in a customer services sales environment, with knowledge of the promotional industry being desirable, but not essential
