Responsibility
- join us as a UX Researcher
- you’ll have strong previous experience in a User Research role using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- display solid capability across the whole User Research lifecycle from defining recruitment briefs and research objectives through to synthesis and reporting
- strong experience in a wide range of research methods including user interviews, surveys, contextual enquiries, diary studies and usability tests
- have coherent and effective storytelling to communicate research findings to teams and stakeholders through best suitable format e.g. personas, customer journeys, and reports
