Responsibility

  • the Role
  • resolve customer complaints and difficulties with empathy, patience, and professionalism, and ensure they are handled within the company's guidelines and policies
  • effectively communicate with other teams across the business where necessary, ensuring that any customer concerns are shared and dealt with accordingly

  • work with the internal teams to ensure that customers receive the correct product or service they have purchased
  • location: Remote
  • monitor customer orders and delivery times to ensure that customers receive their requested products and services on time
  • reporting to the Fulfilment and Customer Service Director, the Customer Service Advisor has the primary responsibility of providing exceptional customer service to our clients

Requirements

  • experience working as a Customer Service advisor or in a similar role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • A proactive and self-reliant approach to problem-solving with an ability to identify and escalate matters that require further investigation
  • strong written and oral communication skills, including a keen attention to detail
  • background in Ecommerce
  • ‘Can do' attitude and ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
  • multi-lingual desired but not essential
