Requirements
experience working as a Customer Service advisor or in a similar role
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
A proactive and self-reliant approach to problem-solving with an ability to identify and escalate matters that require further investigation
strong written and oral communication skills, including a keen attention to detail
background in Ecommerce
‘Can do' attitude and ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
