- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between logistics, procurement, production, and customer service
- maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations
- train and supervise logistics staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
Requirements
- working knowledge of the Fruit and Vegetable and/or Foodservice business
- man-management skills, with 5 years working knowledge
- A proven track record of organisation skills
- effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers
- detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- ability to adapt to changing business needs and work well under pressure
