- ongoing development and embedding of NRW's risk management framework, providing strategic leadership to ensure we manage our risks and opportunities effectively
- you will also be responsible, working closely with the Chair, for the development of the Board and reviewing the Board's effectiveness
- you will attend Board Meetings, and Executive Team meetings as required, leading the Secretariat team to ensure a professional, effective, and efficient secretariat service which exemplifies NRW's vision, values, standards and ways of working
- you will be accountable for the operation of the CEO and Chair's Office, overseeing the public affairs agenda and stakeholder relationships for the Board, Chair and CEO
- ongoing development and embedding of NRW's governance framework and operating model including maintenance of the Delegated Authority Schedule, corporate governance policy framework , and the Schemes of Delegation
