Responsibility
- the administrator in the Stockton Workshop is responsible for the input, maintenance and organisation of databases and documents
- whilst also dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and working on software to carry out general production related tasks
- submitting order requests from shopfloor staff to the purchasing department
- data input onto registers and logs relating to SHEQ
- creating new documents as requested by management
- ensuring records and documents are kept up to date and available for viewing
- assisting line manager in working with external consultants in relation to SHEQ
- general scanning, filing and organisation of documents
