- we are currently recruiting for a 2nd line Engineer to work within our busy IT Support team
- nationwide IT Consultancy are a lead supplier in IT support for the SME market
- we provide support for a range of different IT systems and cover all aspects of IT
- key roles will include
- NITC are a rapidly growing MSP supporting a wide range of clients in the UK, Ireland and internationally. We have a diverse team and have a lot of opportunities for promotion within the business
- working with escalated cases from the 1st line team
- taking calls and logging tickets
- liaising and contacting customers to ensure SLA and A1 level service
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- technical support: 3 years
