Responsibility

  • you will manage the production and delivery of work within the External Relations team, understanding the team's work pipeline
  • you will have worked in the creative industry or non-for-profit sector in a project management role
  • you will have excellent organisational and communication skills and attention to detail
  • you will be able to manage priorities and plans and have experience in measuring impact and reporting
  • you will also be confident using collaborative platforms, such as Trello
  • you will use project management tools to oversee the production schedules, identify capacity, resourcing and prioritisation, construct timelines, agree milestones, manage process to time and budget, and monitor performance and evaluate impact
  • this role can be office based, hybrid or fully remote
  • you will ensure the team and wider organisation understand the work of the External Relations team to ensure cross-team collaboration and improve practice and process
