There are many many care providers across the country who are seriously failing the most vulnerable members of our society, if the truth be told!

Drawing on recent events at Douglass House Efford Plymouth, an emergency and respite care facility for persons with disabilities and complex needs, this has exposed the inadequate safeguarding and care that Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care have been providing!
