Responsibility
- lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through telemarketing, cold calling, and targeted campaigns
- client Acquisition: Engage with potential customers, present the company’s ITAD services, and convert prospects into long-term clients
- account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and expand service offerings
- sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring the continued growth of the business
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
- full clean driving licence
- telemarketing Experience: Experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably within the IT or technology sectors
- ITAD Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the IT Asset Disposal industry is preferred
- strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
- account Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, handling customer queries, and delivering excellent service
- target-Driven: A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
