Responsibility

  • support the managers with the growth process as we expand and grow ie candidate sourcing, interviews etc
  • prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and carry out UK Right to Work checks
  • process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, terminations, and other employment-related changes
  • define and ensure the smooth execution of our onboarding process for all new hires
  • promote effective people management practices, including productive 1-1s, mentorship, and career development opportunities
  • provide support to the Finance team around Payroll related processes
  • provide regular advice and guidance to the senior team members on strategic people management, performance and development issues
  • take the lead of the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries

Requirements

  • 3 year's experience in a leadership position within HR
  • experience in fast-growing companies
  • excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • people management skills including interpersonal sensitivity, leadership and relationship-building
  • experience with designing and implementing new procedures
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
  • HR: 3 years
