Responsibility
- support the managers with the growth process as we expand and grow ie candidate sourcing, interviews etc
- prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and carry out UK Right to Work checks
- process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, terminations, and other employment-related changes
- define and ensure the smooth execution of our onboarding process for all new hires
- promote effective people management practices, including productive 1-1s, mentorship, and career development opportunities
- provide support to the Finance team around Payroll related processes
- provide regular advice and guidance to the senior team members on strategic people management, performance and development issues
- take the lead of the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Requirements
- 3 year's experience in a leadership position within HR
- experience in fast-growing companies
- excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- people management skills including interpersonal sensitivity, leadership and relationship-building
- experience with designing and implementing new procedures
- CIPD qualification is desirable
- HR: 3 years
