- working under the direction of the manager and deputising for them as and when required
- driving sustainable and ethical business growth by assisting the nursery manager in tasks relating to business and financial administration

- assisting the nursery manager in ensuring excellence in early childhood education and care, which is recognised through excellent Ofsted inspection outcomes
- directing and supporting staff as agreed by the manager; leading and motivating the nursery team in their pursuit of excellence in all of the setting’s activities, through persuasive and passionate communication and by being a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and positive leader
