Responsibility
- leading brand insight including the brand tracker, bespoke research, and creative testing
- stewarding our brand both within Consumer Marketing and across the wider business. This includes leading our brand identity, driving our brand purpose across everything we do and bringing a brand lens to multiple projects throughout the business
- this role includes working closely with the Senior Brand Executive, who supports across all aspects of the role
- leading the development of our consumer brand strategy end-to-end from data, insights and creative ideation, to delivery across consumer marketing, ensuring multiple strands of activity align with the core consumer brand purpose and objectives
- what we're looking for
- leading the creation and development of brand campaign activity, working with media agencies, creative partners, media partners, in-house digital, social and content teams
- equipped with an understanding of how multiple channels impact core brand health metrics as well as a curiosity that drives us to innovate with media mix, creative and formats to consistently improve campaign performance
- strong experience of brand management and brand strategy, developing and managing a brand strategy and its implementation across touchpoints
