'Professional and friendly' ? What a joke. Their only interest is in enriching themselves on the backs of those of us forced to pay exhorbitant service chsrges. Their pet contractors and law firm charge exhorbitant rates to ensure that Napier makes the most commission. This company has made flats at Admirals Walk unsellable due to its exhorbitant service charges and shocking reputation They are fraudulent and corrupt and in serious need of investigation.
