Responsibility

  • about The Role
  • A minimum of 2 years experience is required, preferably across a number of clients in both the Public and Private sectors
  • about You
  • provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Payroll, specifically in Fusion Cloud
  • troubleshoot and resolve issues, including functional replication of issues
  • an understanding of how Payroll fits into the whole ERP design and relationship with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • work closely with clients to understand and address their needs and concerns

Requirements

  • experience of the implementation lifecycle, including Payroll Parallel Run
  • understanding of payroll data objects to support data migration
  • experience in Absence, OTL and of workers with multiple assignments
  • successfully delivered at least 3 Payroll projects including Cloud
  • experience of Local Government payroll and pensions e.g., LGPS, TPS, MCR
  • A full understanding of how HCM and Payroll fits into the whole ERP design and relationship with other Oracle modules
  • oracle Cloud certifications and specialisations completed
  • oracle Core HR, SSHR & Payroll R12 Expertise
