- § Knowledge of civil products and basic understanding of traffic signals, street lighting and highways
- § The ability to organise and manage their own workload
- § Understanding of product design and support
- § General health and safety awareness
- § Understanding of civils products and infrastructure projects is desirable
- § Experience with full MS Office suite
