Requirements

  • advanced degree
  • strong written and verbal communications skills
  • ability to manage team of 3 to 5 people
  • willingness to travel locally and also occasionally internationally
  • successful passing of background checks
  • 10+ years’ experience in the accounting and auditing field
  • 2+ years in audit managerial role
  • knowledge of accounting software including Sage Accounts Production, Xero, Quick Books as well as ERP software such as Tally ERP and Dynamics 365

Responsibility

  • audit Planning: Develop audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments and entity control environment
  • team Management: Work within the timetable set with clients, lead and supervise audit teams, assign tasks, review work, and provide guidance
  • perform audits: carry out data analytics, test controls and substantive testing
  • audit Documentation: Update permanent file, record the audit evidence and basis of reporting, and prepare file for review
  • financial Statement Analysis: Review financial statements are in compliance with the Companies Act and clear any potential noncompliance
  • report Preparation: Prepare clear and concise audit reports, with a basis of the conclusion
  • stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with management and suggest improvements
