Responsibility
- develop and manage our digital shopfront via commercial strategies
- setting and hitting sales targets and monitoring performance
- thought leadership on commercial and financial aspects of the business

- coordinate promotion set-ups and product launches
- produce regular reviews to provide analysis and draw conclusions on the performance of products, promotions and launches
- review and improve customer journeys
- support in NPD alongside the Founder
- identify new business opportunities and drive growth in existing accounts
- build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Founder
- ensure that the CS team is meeting customer needs and expectations
- point of contact for the NAF! Stuff team
- manage and oversee the pricing strategy and process
Requirements

- people management and leadership qualities with strong relationship and interpersonal skills
