Requirements
- proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or similar role
- proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques and services
- strong knowledge of barbering techniques for men's grooming
- ability to mentor and train junior stylists effectively
- skilled in upselling salon products and services to increase revenue
- experience in store management is a plus
- knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application is a bonus
- excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
