Responsibility
- provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- respond promptly to service requests, either via phone, email, or in person, and efficiently resolve technical problems
- diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, walking users through the problem-solving process
- install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and peripherals
- ensure proper documentation, tracking, and monitoring of all support cases and resolutions using our ticketing system
- collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues and follow up on problem resolution
- assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology resources
- conduct training sessions to educate users on basic IT functions and best practices
Requirements
- proven experience as an IT User Support Technician or similar role
- proficient in Windows and MacOS environments
- strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and peripherals
- excellent problem-solving skills with a patient and customer-friendly approach
- outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
