- accounts payable: 1 year
- purchase ledger: 1 year
Responsibility
- setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details within the purchase ledger
- ensure mailboxes are reviewed daily with e-mails being dealt with promptly
- assist in any other areas within the Finance Department as and when required
- liaising with colleagues in obtaining authorisation of invoices
