Responsibility
- prepare sales and rental agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- liaise with clients and potential buyers, answering any queries and providing information on properties
- closing sales and bringing in new potential clients on a weekly basis
- conduct market research to identify potential buyers and renters
- assist with property valuations, including conducting market analysis and assessing property condition
- maintain databases and records of properties, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
- report to Operations Manager and CEO of progress and KPIs tracked for that week

Requirements

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
