- knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly pensions, investments, or retirement planning
- familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth and efficient integration, focusing on data consistency, system performance, and security
- provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other members of the Salesforce team
- identifying opportunities for sales and effectively promoting key features of the business to secure sales
