MY HOME SALES AND LETTING is looking for employees for positions:

property manager

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Requirements

  • ability to be able to work as a team member but also independently
  • have an understanding of “running” a home and therefore ability to understand maintenance issues and their solutions
  • strong communication skills via email, telephone, text and face to face
  • good interpersonal skills to work with tenants, landlords, contractors and, of course, the Home Truths team
  • good time management and organisation skills, and
  • full driving license and access to a car during working hours

Responsibility

  • carry out inventories at the start of a tenancy
  • arrange gas safety certificates, electrical checks and alarm checks
  • carry out pre check out inspections against the inventory
  • co-ordinate repairs of maintenance issues raised by the tenants, identified during inspection and identified after check out in readiness for a new tenancy, and
  • the focus of this role is to ensure all the rental properties are maintained to a high standard on behalf of the landlord and to be fully compliant with legal requirements
  • undertake regular inspections against the inventory and report to the landlord
  • carry out final inspections following check out and co-ordinate deposit release as appropriate
