Reviews MY FOUR WHEELS
My Four Wheels are a great company to have a franchise with
My Four Wheels are a great company to have a franchise with. They helped me get through all aspects of my training to become a driving instructor. They are always on hand to help and normally reply to any queries within a few hours. They have great online training where you get to meet everyone in the company as well as meeting other trainees. Ben was assigned to me for my in-car training and he was fabulous, letting me sit in on his lessons and actually letting me take some of his lessons which was invaluable. I couldn't have got through without his help.
I was never short of pupils due to the great sales team. A big thank you to all at My Four Wheels.
My4Wheels Key Elements to Succeed
Three key elements within My4Wheels that stand out for me are as followed.
The continuous support via text and a catch up once a month. This reassures me that the team don't forget me and wish me the very best.
Secondly would be the two organisers Tom and Leigh on the VCT courses. Always ready for any question, they make the sessions fun and interactive by doing group tasks. They really know what they are doing.
And last but not least, the log books My4Wheels provide for Part 2 and Part 3. All the info you need is in there....right down to links where you go to book, find further details for upcoming tests.
I feel compelled to provide this feedback due to an unjust personal experience with MyFourWheels Ltd. My interaction with this company has been disappointing and frustrating, marked by misinformation and poor service.
Initially, the gentleman I spoke to over the phone convinced me to book their £99 New Learners Deal, claiming that a driving instructor in my area, Birmingham Balsall Heath, was actively seeking new learners. While the deal itself seemed reasonable, the experience that followed was anything but satisfactory.
The man in the office assured me that the instructor would contact me within 24 hours, which, fortunately, did happen. However, when I reached out to discuss the instructor's schedule, it took over a week to get a response. This only happened after escalating the matter with the main office. Once the instructor finally sent me their schedule, I promptly selected a suitable time and date and replied within a few hours.
Three days later, the instructor informed me that the slot I had chosen was no longer available. This was incredibly unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of organization and commitment. Despite this setback, the instructor sent me another schedule, and I once again picked a suitable time and date. Unfortunately, the instructor took an unreasonably long time to respond, which led me to request a refund.
When I called the office at MyFourWheels Ltd to request my refund, I was informed that the money had already been transferred to the instructor. This raised serious concerns, as no services had been provided at that point. The instructor later messaged me, stating that the refund would be processed within two weeks. However, this is a blatant breach of consumer protection laws and proper business practices.
To date, I have not received my refund. This entire experience has been both disappointing and stressful. I am sharing my story to warn potential customers about the poor service and lack of professionalism exhibited by this company. I hope this feedback helps others avoid the same situation.
Taking the leap to become an ADI…
Taking the leap to become an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) can be a daunting one which may put many candidates off even trying. My experience, however, with myfourwheels has been amazing. Well organised, friendly, structured and exactly what you'd want when choosing a new career. Just the right amount of hand holding, training material, regular catch up calls with your personal training advisors for each phase. Like most things you get out what you put in. Although I've still some way to go to get Qualified, a few hours ago I sat and Passed my ADI Part 1 exam and truly feel that myfourwheels help and support has made all the difference. Next stop Parts 2 & 3 - Can't wait
Keep at it and it will become worth the satisfaction you will get, especially when you get your first pupil passed.

Great support and advice from an excellent training team . I highly recommend this company to see you through to passing the ADI course and tests .
My Four Wheels - an excellent driving instructor school
The course is well structured and the compulsory Virtual Classroom Sessions run constantly in order to achieve ADI qualification. The sessions have a good atmosphere whereby input is encourage and discussed. Just achieved ADI part 2 so now working my way towards the final part 3. The only disappointment is booking the test for the part 2 which took ages - about 6 months from the DVSA and may take the same time to book the part 3.
Best training school!
I just passed my part 3 this morning first attempt!
I am so proud to be a part of the My Four Wheels Team & could not have passed today without their amazing support, expertise & guidance.

Passed my part 2 to becoming a qualified ADI on the first attempt. Big credit to my ADI that helped me prepare for the test Michael from Colchester he was a massive help. The office have been great so far always responding to my messages either the same day or next day when I have a question. Looking forward to doing my part 3 training and getting out there on the trainee licence to prepare my self for the part 3 test
The organisation have been very supportive and been there to clarify any questions that arise.
The presentations have been professionally delivered and you are left feeling confident with the information given.
The one problem I have faced is the delays waiting for tests. I could have shopped around for other test centres but my current employment wouldn't allow for this option.
ADI part 1 pass
The team at M4W have been very supportive and really helped me through this milestone. They supplied me with all the study material needed and checked in on my study progress weekly. Ultimately it always comes down to the trainee and their level of commitment and determination but it really helps when you have an experienced team supporting you along the way. This was just the first part of my journey but so far I would definitely recommend M4W...
Awful experience with Liam Shanks from Alnwick.
Would advise other women not to use.

Training with my four wheels
Great communication from my four wheels. Jo has been really lovely and extremely helpful during the first part of my training, leading up to the part 1 test. I am looking forward to continuing my journey to become an ADI.
Top Quality training
Best trainer thank you for helping me
I was recommended Jessica Brannelly for my daughter who was anxious about learning to drive. She really is enjoying it now and has became really confident on the roads. Jess is really helpful with anything she is worried about / if she needs any support on the lessons and she always makes sure to go over anything my daughter is struggling with before moving on. My daughter really has progressed quickly with Jess and she gives really great feedback at the end of lessons and is very encouraging and supportive, which is great as my daughter has got less anxious whilst on the roads, which really has improved her driving. I’d definitely recommend Jess to anybody who wants to learn and my daughter definitely will recommend Jess to her friends who are looking to learn as well. You really can see her improvement due to Jess’ encouragement every lesson. Every lesson Jess asks what my daughter feels like she needs to work on, which is really helpful for her as she can make sure she’s confident before she moves on to something else.
completed my ADI part 2 and 3 with Sam
completed my ADI part 2 and 3 with Sam. Amazing instructor a great communication and support from the office.
Well done you!
I ahve just past my part 1 with then. So far the support has gone way beyond expectations
I have just passed my part 1 ADI theory test with flying colours and I know I would not have been able to do this without the help and expertise from My Four Wheels.
The team provided me with great tools to help me study for the exam, the apps (2 in total) were brilliant, they contained mock exam questions and loads of hazard perception videos to practice with. The books are also brilliant!
What impressed me the most was the support team, who are always at hand answering queries and making contact offering help and guidance. (Jo was amazing)
Part 2 next - I’m looking forward to the training with the MyfourWheels team.
Congratulations Neville,
Great team to work with.I have been supported by them through my Part 1,2 and now doing my Part 3.
Don't hesitate to contact them even if it's
a big or small question, they always find an answer and will keep supporting you until your Part 3.
Good luck.
My4Wheels have provided me with multiple online learning programs that have helped me to pass my stage 1 ADI test. They have checked in on me to make sure I understand everything as I have been educating myself.
The support that the staff has given online and telephonically is amazing, as they could answer all questions and they do so honestly and promptly.
The online and in-car training is exceptional as you are given real training with instructors who have gone through the same process.
I followed all the steps the support have given me and I passed my tests and on my way to be fully qualified.
Great support all the way through my theory practice. Always answer calls and emails very quickly and on hand to help with any questions i had
