  • ● Manage a small internal team and external partners to execute against that strategy
  • ● Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • ● Responsible for shaping and owning the marketing calendar
  • ● Create and report on key marketing performance across all channels
  • ● Oversee and approve marketing material driven by a test and refine, from site copy to social creative, paid media and email
  • ● Work alongside product lead and child development team to create accurate, well researched and ultimately compelling written, video and graphic content

Requirements

  • ● Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, marketing campaigns and digital content
  • ● Proven experience of building community across TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • the ideal candidate will blend a mixture of creative and analytical skills, not afraid to get their hands dirty and happy to work alongside a passionate team
  • an understanding of our key growth channels - including social media landscape, paid media and community building will be essential, as well as the ability to analyse comms performance and identify opportunities and learnings
