- recruiting an Existing Salon Manager or Experienced Groomer who is looking for the next step in their career
- in addition to the salary the role comes with a generous bonus scheme
- this is a hands on role with the Salon Manager being expected to complete a minimum number of grooms on a daily
- encourage all clients to leave a post groom review
- provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure consistent service levels
- ensure that the salon cleaning rota is up to date and followed and that cleaning standards are maintained at all times
