  • inspire, motivate and develop your sales teams to meet and exceed their individual targets
  • identify areas for improvement and offer coaching to your team where needed
  • complete all operational tasks accurately such as payroll, staff rotas, various reports for host stores and Head Office
  • report regularly to senior managers
  • work as part of the sales team as needed, being flexible at all times
  • manage our concession within Selfridges Manchester, promoting the brand at all opportunities, working closely with host stores to make the most of any events or promotion opportunities
  • maintain and ensure that concession stands always meet visual merchandising standards, refreshing displays as needed to attract customers as well as keeping the stockroom organised at all times
