Responsibility

  • the management and day to day running of the Clubhouse and bar facilities, including cellar management
  • maintain bar stock & coffee levels and order supplies when necessary
  • managing and developing bar sales
  • continuously maintaining and improving standards, whilst delivering outstanding customer service
  • recruiting and organising training and supervision of bar staff
  • maintaining H&S standards of staff under their control
  • managing enquiries and bookings for all member social events/private functions/meetings etc
  • organization/planning of internal/external events - weddings, wakes, birthday parties etc

Requirements

  • event Management: 2 years
  • bar management: 3 years
