Responsibility
- maintain and oversee Health & Safety system and compliance
- attend any relevant training as and when required
- ensure the Centre’s operations and resources are sufficient and deployed efficiently
- maintain systems to monitor staff annual leave/TOIL
- ability to manage buildings as clean, safe, welcoming spaces
- fulfil any other duties that may from time to time be required in order to maintain the operations of the Pier Arts Centre
- mange key operational, business and budget elements of the Centre in close liaison with the Director and Finance Manager
- preparation of reports as required
