Working hours

Responsibility
- to adhere to the Company’s Policy & Procedures
- to maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
- to comply with reasonable instruction from Line Managers, or the Board of Directors
- to wear the uniform provided by the Company; to maintain it and have a smart personal appearance at all times
- to be available for work at the times specified by the Company
- to fit any product specified by the Company to customer vehicles and carry out a range of ancillary services to customer vehicles
- to increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures pursuing tyre pricing to fulfil customer enquiry expectations
Requirements
- ideally, experience in tyre fitting or a fast-fit role, however training is available
- desire to learn quickly and enthusiastically
- full UK driving licence, preferable but not essential
- ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers alike
- team player, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
- A strong interest in, or passion for cars
