  • an ability to produce Cost Plans, budgets & tenders from both outline and detailed specifications and/or drawings
  • experience in using estimating software & a good general IT knowledge
  • good planning & personal skills, well organised & able to communicate well
  • the ability to demonstrate initiative, be self-motivated, proactive, forward thinking & enthusiastic
