bar manager
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to offer a friendly and welcoming reception to all members and visitors
- manage the bar operation including management of other bar staff and organisation of the monthly bar rota
- manage the 'grab and go' type bar food offering including ordering supplies etc
- manage bar stock control and place orders
- greet and take orders from Members and Visitors
- assist in preparing food items and snacks
- serve food and beverages to Members and Visitors
- liaise with club management and outside caterers to manage events requiring food
Requirements
- hospitality and bar work experience required. Management experience preferable, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn equally important
- the ability to work in a team.The disposition to be able to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and other departments
