  • conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
  • implement and maintain maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • collaborate with project management teams to execute maintenance projects effectively
  • maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders to address issues promptly
  • ensuring Engineering Risk Assessments are reviewed annually and amended if required
  • complete and update all necessary documentation relating to maintenance in a timely manner, including referencing, SOP’s, Risk Assessments, and toolbox talks
