as a Senior Live-in Carer Carer you will be taking the lead with the care provision
liaising with GP’s and other health professionals to ensure clients receive the medical and clinical support they require
demanding high quality care delivery focused on clients individually assessed needs and choices
promoting the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour and professional appearance
we have been rated Outstanding by Care Quality Commission and also have been awarded Employer of the Year Award at the Thames Valley Business & Community Awards
reviewing the daily delivery of care, including pressure area prevention, nutrition and infection prevention and control procedures

Requirements
candidates need to be based in the UK, under a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa
level 3 Nursing or Health & Social Care qualification
4 years nursing or senior care experience
driving licence
ability to provide and receive complex and sensitive information
excellent organisational and time management skills
ability to support others in a stressful and demanding environment
