Responsibility
- sells products by actioning national sales plans and partnering with customers through a clear understanding of their business needs and objectives
- has direct sales responsibility for assigned key accounts and builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- proactively manages day to day customer requirements by meeting individual needs
- provides forecasting support by account to sales director
- expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- contributes to team effort by owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- previous exposure to FMCG would be ideal but a can-do attitude is key
