Responsibility
- motivate your team to generate a vibrant, positive, team orientated culture which is focused on delivering outstanding results
- responsible for daily performance of the Paint Department, ensuring the department is achieving KPIs and managing operational resource correctly
- drive continuous improvement throughout the Paint Department
- control labour requirements, flexing with agency staff when required
- deliver daily team meetings and report to senior management on key issues
- oversee the scheduling of all the work through the Spray department, ensuring all schedules are lean and efficient, with internal processes adhered to
- communicate and feedback within your team
- ensure all items from the Paint Department are quality checked prior to dispatch - Identify defects and resolve quality issues where possible
