Responsibility
tasks of the Trainee Property Manager will include but are not limited to
communicating with Residents and Clients to ensure their needs are met and maintaining that relationship
communicating with residents regarding any raised issues on a regular basis to ensure smooth running of the blocks
to provide day to day support to the Property Management Team in the effective management of blocks and almshouses whilst working to build knowledge and understanding of property management through on the job learning and training plan
attend meetings if and when required to include AGM’s and Directors meetings
undertaking inspections of the properties and providing reports noting any issues whilst on site using inspection software and resolving issues and report relevant items to team members
arranging the repair and maintenance of properties as and when required, maintaining a good relationship with approved contractors, ensuring works are undertaken to a reasonable standard
sourcing new contractors to ensure adequate cover and working with the administration team to ensure contractor compliance
