must be confident when speaking to members of the public either in store, over the phone or via email
must have an interest in how bikes work, and the various mechanics involved. Full in-house training will be provided, however, it is an advantage if you already have an understanding into the mechanics of a bike

has experience of video & photo editing
from the onset, you will be enrolled on a Cytech course to complete your level 2 & 3, which will lead you to become a fully qualified cycle mechanic upon completion
enrolment on the Level 2/3 Digital Marketing course to become a qualified business administrator. At the end of your training programthere may be an opportunity to further yourself through a fully funded degree programme
we use the Adobe Suite extensively to create online content and the ideal candidate should be suitably experienced in working with such packages
