Requirements
- understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile. Familiarity with BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles is highly preferred
- recent experience working with a team of software engineers
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale would be a valuable asset
- experience with a Bank Accounts Receivable or Payment or Lending Product highly preferred
- bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field preferred
- high degree of comfort and understanding with technical concepts, data structure, tech stacks preferred
- prior experience in a matrix organization and cross functional environment is a plus
Responsibility
- ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment
- work with Product Manager and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
- partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
- perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement
