  • previous experience in Rosette or Michelin restaurants, is preferred but not essential

  • this new restaurant requires an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to help provide the standards of service expected from a fine dining establishment
  • the restaurant would like to reach a Michelin star standard within 12 months so the restaurant needs enthusiastic and keen staff who want to be part of a successful team
