Working hours

Responsibility

  • managing project workloads to meet various deadlines and programmes
  • assist with the preparation of planning drawings and submission of planning applications
  • producing detailed drawings and specifications for building regulations applications, tendering, and construction purposes to meet agreed cost, quality and time parameters
  • carry out duties in accordance with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists , or equivalent, professional code of conduct
  • collaborating with and coordinating the work of consultants and contractors
  • attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
  • liaising with contractors to resolve design and technical matters during the construction phase
  • supporting the work of architects and architectural assistants within the practice
