Responsibility
- mrs Potts Chocolate House is looking to hire a new Head Chef in our Central Kitchen
- you will ensure that this is done effectively and to our high standards of quality and food safety
- these products will be distributed to our three stores where they are finished / baked off fresh each day for customers
- normal day starts at 7am with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week
- key Skills
- able to manage a team of Pastry Chefs and KPs efficiently and effectively to produce our range of handmade products
- mrs Potts Chocolate House is a new concept in cafes/desserts bars that started in September 2017. We are an independent family owned business serving a selection of decadent chocolate inspired treats with three locations, Bristol Bath and Cardiff
- as a Head Chef, you will be managing a busy kitchen producing our chocolate inspired treats such as cakes, brownies, cookies and cookies which are hand made from scratch
