Responsibility
process monthly company payroll for currently 400 employees , utilizing data from internal systems
monitoring weekly accuracy of Time and Attendance systems and reporting internally
import employees onto payroll system from the People systems
action changes on payroll systems i.e
contract amendments
the main purpose of your job – An experienced and competent individual whom is responsible for the current payroll department, with the ability to support the projected growth plan of the business
producing relevant reports
reporting directly to the Finance Manager as a Payroll Manager, responsibilities include managing and processing the accurate payroll function, benefits and pension contributions, ensuring timely payments to HMRC and other third-party providers, whilst keeping fully conversant with any payroll or pension legislative changes
Requirements
experience in transitioning and implementing systems
ability and experience in upward growth, and employee growth
experience in benefits, and salary sacrifice schemes
cleaning Industry experience desirable
experience with multiple payroll systems desirable
