Responsibility

  • process monthly company payroll for currently 400 employees , utilizing data from internal systems
  • monitoring weekly accuracy of Time and Attendance systems and reporting internally
  • import employees onto payroll system from the People systems
  • action changes on payroll systems i.e
  • contract amendments
  • the main purpose of your job – An experienced and competent individual whom is responsible for the current payroll department, with the ability to support the projected growth plan of the business
  • producing relevant reports
  • reporting directly to the Finance Manager as a Payroll Manager, responsibilities include managing and processing the accurate payroll function, benefits and pension contributions, ensuring timely payments to HMRC and other third-party providers, whilst keeping fully conversant with any payroll or pension legislative changes

Requirements

  • experience in transitioning and implementing systems
  • ability and experience in upward growth, and employee growth
  • experience in benefits, and salary sacrifice schemes
  • cleaning Industry experience desirable
  • experience with multiple payroll systems desirable
