Responsibility
- allocate work to external contractors when required
- facilities & Maintenance Manager, will work closely with the Maintenance team in all administration and planning of maintenance tasks ensuring work is scheduled when required, costs are tracked and budgets adhered to across all reactive, proactive/planned spend
- ensure the Company licensing and planning lawyers for all new sites, all legal requirements. Building contracts for all works and client. Including contracted details for any sub contractors
- liaise with contractors to ensure jobs are attended to in timely manner. With the correct tools and materials
- identify areas where costs can be reduced or operational efficiency can be gained or refined, developing proposals to improve efficiency working with the finance department
- build, Maintain and update property/client records and files on the shared drive with new information and reports in a logical manner, creating a database for clients, homes and PPM pre booked schedules
